I loved the concept of this machine. But once I got the machine and started using it, I hated it! My knees hurt and my hands hurt. I had to purchase knee pads and gloves just to be able to use it without too much discomfort. I have found a new to me ab machine that I absolutely adore!! The new to me ab machine is the one of Tony Little's, the Ab Lounge Pro Extreme. That machine works wonders. I have never loved a piece of equipment the way I do this one! I am not a spokesperson for either of these products this is just my opinion.
