I have owned many different types of home gyms and I would rate the Hoist Home Gym system a 5 out of 5 stars and my personal favorite. It is well constructed, easy to change for different lifting exercises and has a 150lb weight stack. Some of the exercises you can perform are: dead lift, incline press, vertical bench press, lat pulldown, shoulder press, standing curl, leg extension and more. I have had no problems with this machine and highly recommend the Hoist H90 Home Gym.
